Who Is Boulder Collective?
Our Mission
Boulder Collective is dedicated to restoring and expanding access to later abortion care in Boulder, Colorado by raising critical funds to secure a permanent clinic space and fund safe, essential, and compassionate patient care to all who need it.
Our Charter
The Fund is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is primarily for the purpose of assisting persons seeking reproductive health care. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Fund may also be used for social welfare purposes directly or by contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations. Additionally, the Fund will be used to fund building and capital purchases that forward access to abortion care, especially later care.

In April 2025, Colorado's only later abortion care clinic closed, leaving only 4 others in the US. The group of uniquely trained clinicians and administrators who worked together for an average of 17 years formed a new clinic group to provide abortion care, specializing in 24+ weeks-

In May 2025, the Boulder community came together to form Boulder Collective, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organized by community members and led by a dynamic Board of Directors. We are raising $5M to purchase a clinic building and forming an endowment to support all patients needing abortions, especially later abortions.
